Getting Started with Trade Show Materials
Success at community events, trade shows, and sales meetings depends upon getting the attention of the crowd, getting your message across at a distance as show-goers are walking by and drawing interested parties into your booth.

Choosing the Enclosure
If you are considering attending an outdoor event, you will want a structure or enclosure to keep your staff and products out of the sun and protected from the weather. We offer easy-to-assemble tent structures in the most common booth size with a footprint of 10’x10’. We also offer tent siding which provides additional insulation from heat, sun and the elements.

Choosing the Banners or Signs
In order to get the show-goers’ attention, equip your booth with banners and signs. String banners along the visible edge of your outdoor enclosure and at the back of your enclosure or indoor booth space. Use signs to direct show-goers to your booth, and place some free-standing signs to entice potential customers into your booth. Use signs within your booth to direct buyers to specific products or to get show-goers to ask questions of your booth staff.

Choosing the Table Materials
A professional-looking booth includes the dressing for the tables. We can add your company logo or your sales message to the front of your table linens or to a drape to place over your table linens.
